PixelSpark helps enhance images and videos with local and cloud processing options. We collect only the data needed to provide accounts, process media, secure the service, and improve reliability.
Media processing: Compatible devices can process media locally. If you choose or require cloud processing, media is transmitted securely and used only to complete the requested enhancement.
Cloud-processed media is retained only as long as needed to process, deliver, debug, or recover the requested job, unless a longer retention period is required by law, security investigation, or an explicit user-facing feature.
PixelSpark may use infrastructure, storage, analytics, crash reporting, payments, and authentication providers. These providers process data only for the services they perform for PixelSpark and are not permitted to sell your personal data.
We use HTTPS for network transport, token-based authentication, restricted service access, and operational monitoring. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we design PixelSpark to minimize unnecessary data movement and retention.
