Delete Your Account

Permanently remove your profile, email credentials, cloud gallery, and remaining credits.

Delete inside the App

The fastest and safest method. Complete securely from your device settings.

    Open PixelSpark and sign in

    Sign in using the credentials of the account you wish to delete.

    Go to Settings

    Tap the gear icon in the main App navigation panel.

    Locate the Danger Zone

    Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings interface.

    Tap "Delete Account" and confirm

    Confirm the prompt. This action executes immediately and is irreversible.

Can't access the app?

Email us from your registered account address and we will manually process your account deletion. We will verify your identity before taking action.

What we remove

Deleted permanently from our records.

  • Your profile data, emails, and identifiers
  • Saved in-app preferences and device configurations
  • All active login sessions, tokens, and passkeys
  • Unused server-side processing credits

What may remain

Subject to short-term retention or external providers.

  • Cloud media may take up to 30 days to clear entirely from database backups.
  • Aggregated diagnostics (e.g. Sentry crash reports) are retained per provider policies.
  • Purchase histories are managed externally by Google Play and remain on your store history.

Files saved on your device

Local files are yours to manage.

Photos and videos saved to your device are not removed automatically. Deleting your PixelSpark account has no access to your phone's storage. You should delete them directly from your device gallery if you no longer wish to keep local copies.
